Hello!

My name is Tim, I am a full time student at Benedictine University, finalizing my MBA. I currently work full time as a Business Analyst at a Fortune 100 company primarily working on mail merges.

My wife is a stay at home Mom, which unfortunately means that finances are tight. Seriously tight. I've always been interested in real estate, and naturally have gravitated towards the idea of becoming an investor. My issue however entails where to start. I'd love to have the financing means available to me to flip a home and pocket a nice profit. Sadly, I'm not in a spot financially where I believe that is possible.

I've heard of people investing in real estate with little, or even no, money and I'm interested in hearing more from seasoned real estate minds to give me an idea of a good starting point.
