Hi, new to the site. I found this by some books I've read and I want to learn how to get started and get my deals financed. I'm currently staying in NY but I work in MA mostly and found some decent deals on some houses and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get started. I don't have any experience in real estate besides books I've read and I want to get started. Thanks in advance.
