Aspiring Massachusetts Real Estate Investor

Hello Everyone :)

My husband and I are complete newbies to the real estate investing world and are still in the researching and studying phase.

Starting out we feel wholesaling will be our best move. And then want to work up to rehabbing and selling. We live in Central Massachusetts and want to focus in that area. I am currently taking a Real Estate Salesperson Class and come October will have my MA Real Estate License.

I have been doing some research on possibly creating an LLC for our REI business. But don't know if having my salesperson license will be enough or if that would even be a factor.

We love any tips, advice or even personal stories from fellow investors in the state of MA.

Thank you
