Hi all I am Josh from Portland/Hillsboro Oregon area. I work in the HVAC Rep/Wholesale business. I have had a rental for 6 years with good success and now I'm very interested in learning and getting into owning multi family rental property. My current desire is to have multiple and passive income streams. Who knows that could change the more I learn and the more comfortable I get. I found Bigger Pockets through real estate podcasts.
