Hello group,

I'm Robert, a licensed private investigator in the Denver area. I hold a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts and currently own the property that I live in. I'm in the hunt for my first rental property, but it is impossible to find anything in the Denver Market.

I've been doing tons of research and I am leaning toward going the turn key route and buying a rental property, possibly in the Kansas City Market.

Hey @Robert Christiansen,

Welcome to BP! While it is extremely difficult to find rental properties with solid numbers in the Denver market it is not impossible. It just takes some extra work and a little creative marketing. I'm currently marketing directly to property owners in various ways and have been able to find off market opportunities that way. It doesn't always take a bankroll either- I've found properties through cold calling property owners directly as well which just takes some time and persistence.

Best of luck with your hunt for your first rental property! Let me know if I can be of any help to you.
