Hey my name is Curtis, I'm 28 and looking to learn all I can and start investing in real estate with in the next 2 years. I have already read the bigger pockets beginners guide, and i watched my first webinar and signed up to the website tonight. I welcome any words of advice anyone has for a beginner. I'm looking forward to what the future holds.
