Leaving the Entertainment Industry for Real Estate Investing

Helloooo BP!

My name is Ryan Balentine and I've been working in Entertainment as an Audio Engineer and Production Manager for the past 14 Years. In this job I've traveled to all 50 states and multiple countries and continents around the world with bands such as Big Gigantic and String Cheese Incident. I've mixed concerts for tens of thousands of people, been responsible for half-million dollar production budgets, organized trucking and logistics around the country, and managed crews of 25+ people at a time. Though this job has been a passion and very rewarding, I've decided to make a change and move into Real Estate as a profession. I'm currently enrolled at CSU in a Construction Management Certificate program and will be getting my Realty License as well. My intention is to invest in distressed properties to rehab and then rent long term or as vacation rentals depending on location.

I'm currently looking to start working in the Real Estate business as soon as possible while I'm in the process of getting these accreditations. If you have any opportunities or ideas please message me.

Thanks,

Ryan
