tenants who use guarantors

Hi all,

This is my first time trying to rent out our house and we encountered a situation in which I am not that familiar with and was hoping to seek some insights. The prospective tenant (PT) just moved to the US so has not established a credit history. As a result, the PT would like to use their sister as guarantor. Is there anything I should look out for in terms of this situation apart from checking credit? And the sister runs her own local cleaning house business.

thanks!

Toby
