Hey everyone! My name is Pablo and I am an aspiring investor currently residing in Southern Pines, North Carolina. I've learned a whole lot by reading a lot of books, listening to a lot of audiobooks, and asking questions of willing friends. I'm hoping to purchase my first property before the end of the year, ideally in Southern Pines. Anyone with experience in the area?
