Hello from Tampa, Florida!

Hey Everyone!

My name is Robbie Aurie, coming from Tampa, FL.

Originally from Tampa, grew up in Maine and have been back down here for 6 years. Got my bachelors at USF in business marketing. Worked for a digital marketing startup for a year and a half before deciding to move into real estate.

Goals:

Build a professional network that allows me to help my buyers while also grow my own real estate portfolio.

My sister owns a couple rentals in St. Pete that I've helped out with. Eventually looking to partner with her and her business partner on some properties, most likely buy and hold.

While I currently live in the Brandon area, I'd like to buy and move into a duplex / multi-unit property in Tampa or near downtown St. Pete.

I just got my real estate license a month ago and have started wholesaling. I provide my network of investors with a private list of 10 - 15 off-market single family investment properties around the greater Tampa Bay area each month.

I also buy properties in any condition.

Between my colleagues and I, we have quite a network of contacts to provide as a resource to you.

I'd like to connect with everyone and see how we can do business!

HI Robert I am a wholesaler in Orlando and can help you with your search for properties. I currently have many properties in the Tampa area. Also I have quite a few investors looking for properties in Tampa. I'm sure we can do business helping each other. I looked at your profile and the webpage you listed does not work. What is your email and phone #?

Hi Robert,

Own a home inspection company here.  Building a network myself.  You know the number one reason to use a home inspector is, well....let's be honest, because a bank or insurance company is making you do it.  May as well be someone awesome.  :-)  Shooting you a connection.

Tim

Robert Aurie , I was looking at your profile and had a question for you. Do you only work with people looking for hard money or do you work with people who will get traditional loans as well?

Thank you for the welcomes everyone! Adam we usually only sell to buyers using cash or hard money. Buyers using traditional loans are looked at on a case to case basis. What can happen is the buyer uses hard money and then refinances with a traditional loan.

I can understand that. This would be my first investment deal and I'm not sure how sold I am on using hard money on my first deal yet. Maybe it's just because it's new territory for me so I guess we will see. Ha ha. Thanks for the reply @Robert Aurie.
