Good morning everyone ... I'm from Bergen County NJ. I've been looking to get into RE for a while now. I'm an engineer with a background in finance.

Would be great to meet a mentor that could lead me in the right direction so I can get started on the right foot.

My goal is buy and hold for rental income--build a portfolio. Wouldn't mind flipping however. I just finishing building my own home from the ground up -- was an electrician in college.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
