raz from the Golden State

I’ve been moseying around this forum for the past 4 weeks or so and finally decided to join.
New to the world of Bulk foreclosure, eager to learn and may be one day, in the near future, contribute.
My avatar was inspired by the fact that I was probably the oldest person posting at SEOChat forums, where I have over 1800 posts. Other than that I am no where nearly as threatening as my avatar suggests…
