New member in WA

Hello All,

My name is Flint Dunham. I own one duplex at this time. I'm looking for buy and holds with the hopes of doing flips down the road.

I started this journey in real estate to make a better life for my two kids and I. I want to show my kids that there is more to life then a time card.

Bigger Pockets came across my search when looking for information about real estate about three months ago. I've been listening and very impressed with all the information and it always amazes me all the people that are willing to help others out.
