New Member here from Houston! My name is Jacob. 

I've got a 3/2/2 I bought in January and it's cash flowing $500 a month. Super pumped about doing another soon. I'm looking to accelerate my purchasing and start raising money for faster acquisition. 

Look forward to learning from others and helping more as a I gain more experience!
