Hello everyone! My name is Ivan, a newcomer in BP & Newbie in REI. Last couple months read lots Rich Dad series books and Brandon Turner's books; learn the power of REI Past one month i start taking action study and property hunting in my local area - Union City. My first question in NJ investing. Since NJ property tax is the highest one in the U.S. , that mean a same price property would bring less cash flow in NJ compare to other states. Am i understanding correctly. Thank you all my new friends in BP community!!
