Hi everyone! My name is Melody Carrington and I am completely new to real estate investing. I have not done any deals yet, but would really like to get involved. I would love to flip a house, but do not have the money to get started and have read about wholesaling, but don't know enough about it. I have been taking care of my Mother who has Alzheimers for the last 10 years. I am 56 years old and would like to increase my income and plan for retirement.
