Hi I am Trey Denton, new BP member from Madison, MS. I am invested in several SFR's in the Brandon (reservoir area) and Madison area, as well as part owner of Deerfield Golf Club. I started 5 years ago while playing professional golf and I am now a full time investor. I am looking for buy and hold SFR or small multifamily deals and wholesalers in the Jackson, MS metro area. Hey @Trey Denton. I am new to BP myself. I actually haven't even made an introduction post yet because I have been reading and listening to lots of podcasts trying to educate myself first. However, it seems we have similar goals in mind and I didn't want to miss an opportunity to talk to a local investor. I am currently looking in the Brandon/Madison area for my first personal residence and soon as I buy one and get settled in, I plan to start trying to aquire SFR's for buy and hold investments in these same areas. I would love the opportunity to talk with you sometime to gain some insight from someone who as already started investing in the market I want to invest in.
