Hi everyone,

I just spent the weekend with some good friends. Out of the 5 guys that were at our cabin, 3 of them are involved in real estate investing. I heard them mention the BiggerPockets podcast several times and figured if they use/follow it this closely, it must be something I need to start doing as well. So, here I am!
