Hello to all. I am new to BP and investing in general. After watching countless hours of YouTube vids on wholesaling, I'm looking to get in the game.

I have a LLC, business cards, CRM ,and have even place bandit signs. I've gotten about 5 calls in the past 2 weeks since putting out my signs. Mostly FSBO's with mortgages that I cant handle. Sellers are not looking to lower their asking price to make it more attractive to potential buyers.

Since I'm not "seasoned" yet and don't have a lot of capitol, I'm not quite sure what to do with them I would really like some insight from BP. Anyone in the NC market (triad) area willing to help please reach out!     -Thanks
