New real estate investor in Wisconsin

Hi everyone!

I am a new investor in Marshfield, WI. I am looking in my current area (Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wausau) and also looking in the Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah/Menasha area for houses for sale that are willing to sell through a lease option. I have found that many for sale by owner sellers are interested in the lease option but need to be more educated on some of the benefits of the lease option. It has been a lot of fun talking about the benefits and I look forward to really getting deep into this market. I'm also interested in picking people's brains. I have found through my 14 years of military experience, that I'm not the smartest person in the room and can gain a lot of knowledge through the people who are.
