I have been involved in Real Estate since 1984, and have bought and sold real estate  in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Spain, Florida and Georgia. I have been living in Cobb County Georgia since 2003, and am a licensed Real Estate Broker in both GA and FL. My focus is on Luxury Properties, Golf Course Subdivisions, 55+ Active Adult Communities and of course investing with both rehab and flip, as well as rehab and hold strategies. I also works with a number of local and foreign investors and assist them with the acquisition, renovation, and leasing or disposition of properties for above average returns.
