New member coming from France!

Hello everyone,

My name is Sylvain, I am 26 years old, and I am a French engineer who just arrived in London few weeks ago. I started investing in a flat at Rouen in Normandie (signed in June 2016). Refurbishment took quite too much time, but it will be rented before september for sure. It is a big flat with 4 bedrooms, that I rent as a flatshare. 

I invested a lot for my investing education before, but as I am now in UK, I would like to learn all about real estate here! I don't think I will invest in London, but maybe somewhere not so far that is affordable for me! 

My goal is too obvious : financial freedom!
