My name is Lew Ancheta, Ive been a landlord for about two years with a SF home as a rental. I'm from the bay area and looking to get into flipping. I was introduced to the website through a Co-worker who has an interest in property ownership/management. The experience I have is mostly past down from my parents, who have several SF rentals.
