I have always wanted to have rental properties and am finally going to do it. I have watched a few webinars and am amazed by this site. I am looking to buy and hold, BRRR and maybe eventually fix and flip. I'm a high school history teacher but have always wanted to be in real estate on the side. I even bought the Carlton Sheets program years ago. My daughter was born two months ago, our first child, and I want to be able to have freedom to be with her whenever I want as well as leave her something for some freedom of her own when she gets older. I think this site is the perfect fit for my schedule. This site has given me the confidence to take the plunge. I went Pro last week. Thanks BP.
