We are relatively new to the Bigger Pockets community.  We are a team of three, one architects, one designer / builder / project manager and one real estate broker with 25 years each in the residential market.  

We have joined Bigger Pockets because are currently buying properties in several markets and are looking for private money (gap lenders),  contractors and realtors in various markets building our teams! 

We look forward to meeting many new friends and colleagues.
