Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I've been living in Toronto for the past 10 years of my life but I just recently bought a house with my fiance in Cambridge, Ontario so I am re-locating to the Cambridge area now.

During the day, I build and install cabinets (kitchens, closets, offices, mudrooms, entertainment/media units). My goal is to purchase a few properties and collect passive income to build wealth while keeping my day job because it is something I enjoy doing.

I'm looking to buy my first property in Cambridge, Kitchener, or Waterloo. My brother actually just bought a new build there so I visit here and there. Maybe we can meet up and chat about REI if I'm ever around the area.
