Hi, I'm new to RE investing. I'm leaning towards starting as a wholesaler (an ethical wholesaler!), but I eventually want to end up with buy & hold properties because I do love cash flow.
I'm currently taking courses from J. Massey, and I'm also working with a seasoned investor to get some much needed real world experience in my local area. Right now I'm all about the learning, and hopefully making a little extra coin in the process.

Yea there's one in Arcadia called Asian Real estate investors club and one in pasadena called for investors by investors or FIBI. They have one tomorrow night, but I have a non profit meeting so I'll be missing it unfortunately.
Those are my two favorites
