Brooklyn, NY Real Estate Investor/Developer

Hello Everyone,

It's good to be here surrounded by others who desire a better lifestyle! My strategy in Real Estate is two-fold.

One, is as a Tier 1/ Tier 2 wholesaler, looking for buyers to take over my pre-qualified houses under contract. I'm also seeking funding/backing for single and two-family rehabs.

Part two, I'm a developer looking to build multi-family residential apartments. I'm qualified to do this because of my background as a project manager/construction engineer for NYC high-rise projects. I'm looking for equity partners right now for two lots I want to develop. One project is 30 high end units and the other is 200 units slated for Veteran's Housing.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to find what I'm looking for, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
