Hi bp community!

My name is Peter Monteagudo. I'm a second year medical student looking to learn more about RE investing. I currently own a condo and am collecting rent from a roommate- this is what got the ball rolling for me.

Currently, I'm looking to buy a multifamily to owner/occupy in Chicago (4 flat would be ideal, but I'd settle for a 3), and would love any advice on locations/realtors to work with! I have a lot of confidence in my ability to analyze numbers, but I need to work on expanding my connections.

Thanks for reading, feel free to get in touch!

Peter
