Newbie from Arizona!

Hi everyone,

My name is Christina and I have been surfing the BP forums for a while now, but I finally got the nerve to introduce myself. My husband and I recenty (Feb 09) relocated from San Diego to a little mountain town (Payson) outside of Scottsdale, AZ. So far we love AZ. I am a mother of 2 boys (13 and 5). While I am new to RE, I have been self employed for 7 years. I have spent a better part of a year trying to educate myself on the REI business. I find the most valuable and FREE info here on BP!
I have learned so much from BP since becoming a member and have met some invaluable people. (Thanks Nick!) :lol:

I am in the middle of my first ever short sale, and I am loving it and hating it at the same time. Very Nervous! :oops: I am thankful to have BP to guide me along the way!

I am looking forward to a long investing career. So, I wanted to formally introduce myself since I have been in the shadows for months now. :lol:
