Hello there! Military member joining the ranks

Hello there BP!

My name is Joey Langford, and I've been reading everything I can about investing. I'm commissioning this spring as an Air Force officer, and I'll report to Pensacola, Florida for training. I'm excited for my Air Force career, but I plan on using real estate investing, not my Air Force career, to build wealth and provide for my family. I'm looking to start by buying a du/tri/four plex as my first home, and then start investing that cash flow as quickly as possible to get into larger multi-family investing.

If you're a military member, I'd love to learn more about property management during deployments and PCS'ing. If you're in the Pensacola area, I'd love to meet and work with you.
