Hello Everyone,

My name is Collin. I'm a recent college graduate from the Charlotte area and I am now a financial analyst. I'm coming to BP to learn about Real Estate Investing. I have not invested before but I want to learn about investing in rental properties such as single family homes and multi-families so that I can provide some additional income to my current full-time job and ultimately work for myself.
