Hello, 

A newbie in Central Florida, I have been in the educational phase of my journey into REI for about a month now, listening to podcasts and attending webinars. I have just recently started looking at investment prospects, mainly SFR (Flips & BRRR) . I am looking to network with fellow investors, lenders, contractors.
