Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Petrus Francois and I am a new Real Estate Investor in the Metro Atlanta area. I purchased my first home in Sandy Springs in 2013 and was able to sell the property at 140% of the purchase price in 2016! That transaction taught me that real real wealth can be built through real estate. I am excited to learn from the community and provide insight as a novice investor. Look forward to hearing from you guys.

I did the same thing intown.

Bought for 208K in 2013 - sold for 335K 2016!

& said Do it Again! Only on purpose.

Very close to my next buy!!
