New Investor from Texas moving to Arizona.

Hi, my husband and I are new to real estate investing. We will be purchasing our first property which will be a tax deed in Texas next month. We are researching the prospect property now and looking to sell it to an investor. We are moving to Arizona and wondering how is the market there? I know they offer liens instead of deeds like Texas. Any advice from an experienced investor would be appreciated. Thank you!
