Hello everyone I am excited to be a part of BiggerPockets.

I have been observing and learning quietly as a non member a couple years. I think I've listened to every podcast at least twice.  And now that I'm close to my first deal I finally joined as a Pro. Just signed the counter offer this evening.  This site and the knowledge from it are invaluable. 

I love it. My goal is 100 units  in 5 years that cash flow  $150. Per door. 

I could use some help from someone local who knows an FHA inspector. I'm working on a 203k deal and feel like I jumped in the deep end.
