I have been a full time real estate investor since 2003. During the boom, I owned over 14 residential properties and got hurt pretty bad when the market collapsed. I have been flipping land ever since. I have recently been wanting to get back into residential and am looking for partners and/or investors. I have experience with property management, remodels, rentals, fix and flips and land investing.
