First offer on property
Hello BP!
I have been listening and researching for months now and after recently listening to @brandonturner's Podcast about buying a property in next 90 days and it motivated me to do so! I've found the property, gotten pre-approved for financing and am putting offer in now.
In the sellers disclosure they noted that the ac flooded the condo and that's why they have recently replaced the AC and redid all of the walls and stripped floors down to concrete. Anyone have any advice or suggestions I should look out for on this deal?? All advice welcomed, I am very excited to be making the first step.
Cheers
