Hi, my name is Joseph Oh and I currently live in Palisades Park, NJ.  Looking to buy a little townhouse in Hillsborough, NJ in several months.  This will be my first home purchase and will be paying all cash for it($175k-ish).  After purchasing this one to live with my wife and an infant daughter, I plan to buy my first rental property within a year, and hopefully keep buying one after the other.  I hope to meet with many wonderful people from BP to network and learn from those who have rich experience in purchasing and maintaining rental properties.  Nice to meet you all~
