Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

Hey all! Im new to REI and to Bigger Pockets. I find that this site is VERY informative and provides lots of support for members. I have done tons of research into wholesaling (which is primarily what I'm going to be focusing on) and I'm ready to start closing deals. Im from Miami, Florida. Im actually looking to change my current situation with REI and finally be financially free.

If anyone has any wisdom or guidance to share, I would certainly appreciate it.

In addition, if anyone has Wholesaling Purchase Agreement contracts that they use for their deals in Florida, I would very much like to see it as I want to make sure the current contract I have is decent. (yes I could go to an attorney but I'm trying to limit as much spending of money as I can.)

Thanks Guys! Happy to be here.

Phil
