Started in 2011 with multiple California (Northern East Bay Area) and Ohio (Springboro Dayton-Cincinnati) properties. All single family so far, but not necessarily intending to be so limited in the future. Rental Income has been quite good, underlying appreciation has been fantastic.

Looking to contact with folks that have had good success in finding below market acquisitions and improving the operational efficiencies for existing properties
