Hello everyone.

I moved to Massachusetts a few years ago from the Bay Area so my wife could be closer to family. 

I am relatively new to real estate investing. I have purchased a few of houses, but not for investment purposes.  

My main goal is to find long term investments for relatively passive income. 

I am still working out if I want to focus on the local market or not.
