New Member from Brooklyn

Hi,

25-year-old living in Brooklyn and working in Manhattan. Fairly new to real estate investing but I am now ready to get serious and get started. Have great financing, great credit, 0 debt, and a large chunk of change to starting putting to work. I am particularly interested in buy and hold, rehab, and rental properties in and out of state (I live in New York City). Anyone willing to share how to get started or even maybe willing to partner up? 

I have a lot of connections and family members who are brokers, realtors, PM's, and other investors in the Tampa, FL area. This area has really been my main focus for the last couple of weeks just because of the resources I have there. Any advice on the area would be highly appreciated! Also, have some strong connections in Upstate New York/Albany area (where I grew up).  Looking forward to connecting and thank you for your help!
