Hello I'm new to the site.  I have been a part-time real estate investor/ landlord for about 12 years.  I currently have 3 properties ( 2 duplexes and 1 single family).  I'm looking to get more involved in real estate.  My goal is to buy at least one property per year for many years to come.   I'm hoping to learn a few things and maybe get in touch with other investors in my area.
