Hey guys! I'm a long time reader of BP and thought I'd introduce myself and hopefully connect with some other investors in my area. 

My names Marcus and I'm a licensed realtor with Keller Williams, and aspiring real estate investor in the Beaumont/Mid County area of TX. I'm looking to get into wholesaling and buy and hold investing. 

Excited to be here and get my REI career started! :)
