Hello out there! I am a new member from Southern California. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003 so I am familiar with buying and selling homes. I am looking to move towards the investing side of things. Hopefully starting with wholesaling and moving up from there into buy and hold and a mix of the 2 strategies. I am not looking to fix & flip. Anyone else out there investing in the San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange counties?!?!
