Hello,

Prospective investor here looking for pearls of wisdom.  Onnew a home for 3 yrs thinking about renting but the numbers only give me a 200/mo cash flow, high side.  A sale could return a 30k profit.  I live out of town.  Any advice.  Thanks, Dean
