Hello.  I've been studying about investing for a long time.  I got started about 4 years ago and am doing it part time.  I've done a few deals.  I'd really love to fix and flip a house, but there are few pieces of knowledge I feel I am lacking.  Mainly, how to hire contractors and manage them to get the job done and stick to your budget.  I plan to figure that out soon and hopefully attempt a solid fix and flip sometime soon.  That's what's on my mind now, but I'm interested in all types of real estate investing.  I'm glad to have signed up and I look forward to interacting and learning.  :)
