I am a home owner with no real estate investing experience.  I want to invest in single home rental properties near me in El Monte, CA.  I want to learn how to navigate through this process to minimize the growing pains associated with any new endeavor and be ready to capitalize on the right opportunity.  Looking forward to getting to know the members of this community.
