Hello everyone, my name is Joe Padilla.  I currently reside in Eastvale/Corona Ca.  I am a Longshoreman working in the port of Long Beach/Los Angeles and a retired Navy vet.  I am looking to start investing in real estate by wholeselling houses and growing and learning how to fix and flip and buy and hold. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone may have on getting started or any books that can help.

I just moved to Riverside/Corona off Magnolia and have been studying/learning for about 6 months off and on while working.  Looking to have rental properties and a few buy and holds would be nice also.
